Methodik und praktisches Vorgehen?
Widow's Banter is a self organized English language young/er widow's support group in Berlin. We are a group of younger Berlin based people who have lost long term partners or spouses and prefer to share and commiserate in English. On every 2nd Thursday of the month, we are hosting a monthly dinner meeting at rotating restaurants around the city where we talk about how life is changing and evolving and hopefully healing. Our goal is to be able to share the nonsensical depression spirals with others who understand while also laughing and uplifting one another as we try to put our lives back together.
